a) irrelevant
b) if new equipment are bed for breathing, it means that it's bad for public health, important thing to consider (for me that's the answer)
c) wich other chemicals, does not mention in the text, irrelevent 
d)if vegetables are still for food industry, does it mean people but not household, not enough pricised for me irrelevant
e) it is not connected with public health, irrelevant
