A. Few gas stations sell LPG. Makes sense, they don't have much access to LPG
B. Converted cars tend to break down more often. Ok, the conversion is relatively inexpensive but maintenance is high owing to frequent break downs - gives a reason why people are not converting
C. Only cars that were manufactured after 1995 and whose motors are relatively compact can undergo such conversion. Not every car can be converted - gives a reason why people are not converting
D. LPG is cheaper than regular gasoline. This doesn't explain why they are not converting. In fact, given this reason, they should be motivated to convert
