The passage says a car dealership is expected to close because of competition from Alexa dealership but there has always been demand for new card dealership to succeed and the argument has been strengthened with Dealeo discount car dealership in Shelbyville.
The statement which weakens the argument that card dealership is expected to close because of competition from Alexa dealership is option E as it says Some dealerships in Shelbyville sell cars that are not available at either the Alexa dealership that means competition is not the only reason for closing of dealership.
I think answer should be E. Please let me know.

The argument is actually :
"Nevertheless, the demand for cars in Shelbyville will be sufficient for a new dealership to succeed as a new business."
Therefore, E might strengthen the argument that a new dealership would pop-up. If dealerships have exclusive cars that Alexa does not have, it might keep those dealerships in business.
B is better, because it says general luxury car demand is decreasing and thus there may not be the ability for a new luxury dealership to come in.
"Nevertheless, the demand for cars in Shelbyville will be sufficient for a new dealership to succeed as a new business."
