But the second group of people is not disagreeing with the claim in the first sentence. The second BF sentence is talking about a group of people who are particular about these small differences. It is not falsifying the claim in BF1
You’re right: the second boldface is not saying BF1 is false. It’s saying there is an exception group that does not share the “I don’t care about the nuance” attitude that the passage attributes to most people.

So “disagree” in (D) means they disagree with the implied stance “close synonyms can be treated as the same,” not that they deny BF1’s claim that this is common. That’s why BF2 contrasts with the viewpoint, rather than falsifying BF1.

But according to D the first is a point of view, but first is a claim imo

also the first BF It is not uncommon for close synonyms to be understood to share the same meaning. IS NOT A POINT OF VIEW that most people would agree with. "close synonyms to be understood to share the same meaning" only this part is

BF1 is a claim about what people commonly do, and (D) uses “point of view” to mean that general stance: people treat close synonyms as the same.

“Most people will agree” just means most people accept that this is common behavior, not that they approve of it. BF2 then points to the minority who do not share that close enough stance.
