Hey can you explain why its D and not E. I get that E might be a shaky choice due to its language but doesn't D convey that tourists would rather watch Divers feed the Dolphins in the wild?

Hey, here are my views:
Since the popularity of the beach is related to dolphins, if any other place holds the same facility, why would tourists go there? Tourists are more interested in seeing dolphins in the wild, which can't be attained with the help of any such programs.

Because not all can mean anything from 1 to n. Suppose out of 100 people, 99 people are interested and 1 person is not interested in watching dolphin, we can say not all are interested.

Choice (D), however, is exactly what we're looking for. It tells us that the proposed method (further domesticating the dolphins) is not what attracts people to Nine Mile beach. (D) is correct.
