This is an Inference Question, so it is made up of premises only; you need to find a conclusion stemming from those premises, or in other words, to take one small step forward and draw a conclusion:
Premise A: All dogs go to heaven.

According to Premise C there is only one heaven for all creatures. It follows that if you were good, you're going to the same heaven your pet dog went to.
