First Vessel \(= \frac{5}{5+3}\)

Second Vessel\(= \frac{9}{9+5}\)

\(Ratio = \frac{\frac{5}{8}}{\frac{9}{14}} = \frac{5}{8} * \frac{14}{9} = \frac{35}{36}\)

Answer = A
