How many multiples of 6 are less than 5000, and also multiples of 8?

The LCM of 6 and 8 is 24. Divide 5000/24 = 208.xxx. So B is your answer.

is the Oa C. Question asks us to find out the common set of multiple between 6 and 8 that are less than 5000.
We knw 5000=50*100. So we can find out the number of multiple of both 6 and 8 that are less then 50.
6*8=48 and 8*6=48. Common multiple number is 6. So the common highest maximum number will be somewhat higher then 600.
