Let Michelle's weight be 100. Then Mike's weight=0.6*100=60, and Mary's weight=2*60=120. Charlie's weight is 1.9*120=228, and Alan's weight is 0.5*228=114.
The correct answer is E.

Just write what we have in the problem:
Mike=0.6*Michelle
Mary=2*Mike=2*0.6*Michelle=1.2*Michelle
Charlie=1.9*1.2*Michelle=2.28*Michelle
Alan=0.5*2.28*Michelle=1.14*Michelle
Charlie is the heaviest one.
