The retailer sold 210 mobile phones model c in 2003 and 600 in total \(a+b+c=190+200+210=600\).

Therefore we get \(\frac{210}{600}=\frac{7*30}{20*30}=\frac{7}{20}\). Answer B.

OFFICIAL SOLUTION:

(B) We can take the number of model C phones sold and divide it by the total number of phones sold in that year to get the fractional amount:

C/(A + B + C) = 210 / (190 + 200 + 210)= 210 / 600 = 7/20.

The correct answer is choice (B).
