only even prime is 2
so as per requirement
a<b<c

i think the official answer is incorrect.
if we consider: a=4 ; b=5 ; c=6

then none of the answers will be valid;
I. a × b × c < a^3 : 4x5x6 > 4x4x4 - Hence false
II. a + b + c > a^3 : 4+5+6< 64 false
III. 5b < bc : 5x5< 30 - correct

Hence ans should be c
