Remainder (n/21) = 4
n+16 = 41
Remainder (41/7) = 6

Here's an alternate solution:
When n is divided by 21, the remainder is 4
So, n = 21k + 4
What is the remainder when n + 16 is divided by 7?
n + 16 = 21k + 20
Or, n + 16 = 21k + 14 + 6
Both 21k and 14 are divisible by 7, but 6 is not.
Hence, answer is E. 6
