Please review this language: each digit of the terms in the sequence has 3 to be ordered. It is unclear. Alternatively just mention the sequence in digits.

(1~99) 19, (100~199) 19, (200~299) 19. The 100th term should be 100-(19+19+19)=43th number. Hence, the correct answer is 342. The correct answer is E.
