Total number of passwords = number of 4 character password +number of 5 character password
= 62^4 + 62^5 (Since there is no limitation on repetition , each character can be chosen in 62 ways )
=62^4(1+ 62)
=62^4 * 63

Total: 4CHAR + 5CHAR Keys
Total: 62^4 + 62^5 = 62^4(1+62) = 63(62^4)
