Given that When a is divided by b the remainder is 13.When c is divided by d the remainder is 12. and we need to find which of these may be the value of b+d

Theory: When a number is divided by another number lets say "n" then the remainder can only be from 0 to n-1

When a is divided by b the remainder is 13
=> b > 13 => Min value of b = 14

When c is divided by d the remainder is 12
=> c > 12 => Min value of c = 13

=> Min value of b + c = 14 + 13 = 27

So, Answer will be E
Hope it helps!
