7x+5 will never be a multiple of 7. Therefore \(\frac{7x+5}{7*2}\) will have a remainder.

The easiest way to solve this problem is to plug in numbers for x
If x is 1 then y is divisible by 12
If x is 3 then y is divisible by 13
If x is 4 then y is divisbile by 11
If x is 5 then y is divisible by 10
