The graph talks about the dollars spent on military expenditure and not the percent of income or total income. Hence it cannot be inferred.
2. Worldwide military expenditures have increased each year between 1964 and 1971.
The graphs does indicate an increasing curve from the year 1964 to year 1971. Hence it can be inferred.
3. In 1972 worldwide military expenditures were more than 230 billion dollars.
The following information cannot be inferred from the graph above.Since the military expenditure is showed only till the year 1971.Hence it cannot be inferred.
Therefore the answer is B.

When it comes to point III). We cannot conclude that the coming year too will witness an increase in the military expenditure. Over the years, there have been an increase in the expenditure, but still, it cannot be inferred that the same shall continue.
