We'll solve this question by drawing an axis.
This is a Precise approach.
Looking at our drawings (below) we can SEE that the maximum students in neither category is 30%.
Note that this is a very easy question but the technicque of drawing an axis is useful for much harder questions as well.
(B) is our answer.
