X = Total Revenue
$357,000 = 0.7*X because if 30% of the total revenue is allocated to charity, then 70% is non-charitable revenue. The problem states that $357,000 is the non-charitable revenue so $357,000 must be equal to 70% of the total revenue.

X = $510,000
Since each ticket is $10, and total revenue is $510,000, then $510,000/$10 = 51,000 which represents the total amount of tickets sold.

120,000 - 51,000 = 69,000 tickets were unsold (Option E)
