Top + bottom = 2*π*r^2 = 18 π
Side = 2*π*r*h= 48 π

We can use the surface area formula:
Surface area = 2πr^2 + 2πrh
Surface area = 2π(3^2) + 2π(3)(8) = 18π + 48π = 66π
Answer: D
