If (7, 3) is the center of the circle above, then the radius of the circle could be equal to which of the following?

(A) 2
(B) 3
(C) 5
(D) 7
(E) 9

We can take from the graph that the circle must cross the X-axis but not the Y-axis. Therefore the radius must be greater than 3 to cross the X-axis, but it must also be less than 7 in order to not cross the Y-axis. Therefore 3 < R < 7, the only possible choice is 5.
