or \(y= \sqrt{0.6*0.6}*\sqrt{x^4*x^4}\)
or \(y= 0.6*x^4\)

Since 0.36x^8 = (0.6x^4)^2, then y = √(0.6x^4)^2 = 0.6x^4.
