The time can be found using the AP formula \(t_n=a+(n-1)*d\)
\(t_n=12:15+(24-1)*15=12:15+23*15\)
now 23*15 minutes is equivalent to \(\frac{23*15}{60}=\)5 hr 45 min
Hence clock will ring at =12:15+5:45=18:00
