Every 12 months hereon will still be January. So 30 years (360 months later), is still January. 33 more months to go.
2 more years (24 months) later, it's still January. 9 more months to go. Conceived now, the kid then is an October kid. Welcome to the club!

\(\frac{400}{12}\) = \(33\) years and 4 months...
So, 4 months from June is October, answer must be (D) October.
