Length of Porch would be 19.5-(8+6.5) = 5
Where 8 is the length of Kitchen and 6.5 is the length of hall (given in question)
and breadth of porch would be 19.5 - 14 = 5.5
where 14 is the breadth of living room.
Therefore perimeter would be 2(5+5.5) = 2(10.5) = 21.

- • The perimeter of the porch area
Approach and Working:
- • The length of the porch = 19.5 – 14 = 5.5
• The width of the porch = 19.5 – (8 + 6.5) = 19.5 – 14.5 = 5
• Therefore, the perimeter of the porch = 2 (5.5 + 5) = 2 * 10.5 = 21
Hence, the correct answer is option D.
