In 1990, Sapir's Soup Company used a cylindrical can with radius 3 centimeters, filled to a height of 4 centimeters. If in 1995, Sapir's Soup Company changed the height of the can by 5 centimeters and filled it with the same amount of soup, which of the following could be the radius of the can in 1995?

A. 1
B. 2
C. 4
D. 8
E. 9

Initial radius=3 cm
Initial height=4 cm
Changed height=9 cm
\(π*3^2*4 = πr^2*9\)
r=2 cm
Answer B.
