    • 35% of the managers have an MBA
    • The number of managers with MBA = 42

To find:
    • The total number of managers

Approach and Working:
    • 35% of total managers = 42
    • Thus, total number of managers = \(42 * \frac{100}{35} = 120\)

Hence, the correct answer is Option D
