1 worker takes 10×3:30 days so for 4 houses: 30*4:120 days and 15 workers would take 120/15: 8 IMO C

I reached a different solution.
If one house takes 3 workers to finish in 10 days. Then 1 worker would finish the same job in 30 days.
Then for one worker to complete four houses he needs 30*4=120 days. Then 15 workers can do it in 120/15=8 days. Ans C
