Between 2000 - 2999
1*10*10*4 =400 ( units digit has 4 options ,2,3,5,7. Tens digit has 10 options from 0 to 9,Same with Hundred Digit, and thousand digit has only one option, i.e. 2 )

No of ways of selecting four digits for ABCD
A= (2,3), which is 2 numbers
B=(0-9), which is 10 numbers
C=(0-9), which is 10 numbers
D=(2,3,5,7), which is 4 numbers

Hence ABCD = 2 * 10 * 10 * 4 = 800
