It is very easy to solve this question by picking an easier number such as \(\frac{1}{1000}\) = \(10^{-3}\).
With such number \(a=10^{-6}\), \(b=\frac{1}{10}\), and \(c=\frac{1}{1000}\).
Hence, \(b>c>a\).
Answer E.
