The average of five consecutive integers starting from m = 5x+10/5
the average of six consecutive integers starting from m= 6x-15/6
subtract we get -1/2

The average of five consecutive integers starting from m is:
m to m + 4 inclusive. The average of that is the median too which is (m + m + 4)/2 = m + 2.
The average of six consecutive integers starting from m:
m to m + 5 inclusive. The average of that is m + 2.5.
Finally we have m + 2 - (m + 2.5) = -0.5 = -1/2.
