In 2 hrs they would travel 160km of the 200. There is only 1 option that is somewhere between 2hrs and 3hrs from when they began. So option A would be the option to go with. There is no need to calculate the exact time.

The total distance covered by both when they meet equals 200.
Assume time to be 't'
50t + 30t =200
t=2.5 hours
They will meet 2.5 hours after 9 am = 11.30 am
