We know total people = 160 and 80 belong to equity and 80 do not belong to equity.

Number of singers = 95
 Number of singers and in equity = 23
Number of singers not in equity = 95 - 23 = 72

Number of actors = 160 - 95 = 65
 Number of actors in equity = 80 - 23 = 57
Number of actors not in equity = 65 - 57 = 8

Total Equity: 80
Total Equity (80) - Singers who are Equity (23) = 57

57 Actors must be Equity
Total number of Actors (65) - Actors who are Equity (57) = 8
