Sum of total angles of quadrilateral is 360. Hence, add a the given values we get :
10x+60 =360-> 10x=360-60 - > x=30
Add x into x+25 - > 30+25= 55
IMO = C

Recall that the sum of the angles of a quadrilateral is 360. We can create the equation:
3x - 18 + 4x + 30 + 2x + 23 + x + 25 = 360
10x + 60 = 360
10x = 300
x = 30
So the smallest angle is 30 + 25 = 55 degrees.
Answer: C
