A computer generates two numbers according to the following scheme, the first number is a randomly selected integer from 0 to 99; the second number is an integer which is less than the square of the unites digit of the first number. Which of the following pairs of numbers could not have been generated by this program?

A. 99, 10
B. 60, -10
C. 58, 63
D. 12, 3
E. 13, 11

I think the answer should be E.

9^2 = 18 . 10 < 18 . A is out.
same for B,C and D.
3^2 = 9 . 11>9 .

Answer is the option E .

In Option E,
3^2 = 9
11 is NOT < 9

IMO E
