Currently it's \(\frac{xy}{z}\) and becomes \(\frac{3xz}{3y}=\frac{xz}{y}\)

An alternate method migt be pluggin in some values and checking (Without use of ALgebric calculations)

Originally we had , 1*2/3 = 2/3

After Increase we have , 3*2/9 = 2/3

Thus, There is not change, Answer must be (E)
