cost-0.02/money = 10
solve we get money = 0.02
so cost = 1.08

Options itself gives us some sort of hint to narrow down.
We have to look at options which are both Multiple of 9 & 10, as Mira bought bottles of some exact value,
Dividing 2,20 by 9 gives 0.222 or 2.222, whereas 1.8 and 18 gives exact value of 0.2 and 2
By working on 18 which is pretty large value we don;t get answer , So IMO B
Lets solve
total money : 18
no of bottles: 9
cost/ bottle : 2,
Cents reduced: 0.02
New cost : 1.98 :
Cost for new bottle :
0.02 *9 = 0.18 : vs 1.98
Solving for 1.8 we get answer as desired
