I don't think the question is complete. It neither asked for minimum number of SF action movies not mentioned that there are 0 SF non-action movies.

Bunuel, am I missing something here.

Total: Action + Science fiction - Both

=> \(50 = \frac{3}{5} * 50 + \frac{4}{5} * 50\) - Both

=> 50 = 30 + 40 - Both

=> Both = 70 - 50 = 20
