Try m = 0.1 for easy calculation to determine which option has the least value.
(A) m = 0.1
(B) m^2 = 0.01
(C) m^3 = 0.001
(D) 2-m = 1.9
(E) (m+1)^2 = 1.1^2 >1
Final answer is (C)
