Angle PRS is an exterior angle of a triangle; its measure is the sum of the two remote interior angles. Therefore, the measure of angle PRS is 70 + 50 = 120 degrees.

Alternate Solution:

Since the three angles of a triangle sum to 180, we see that angle PRQ = 180 - (70 + 50) = 60 degrees. And, since a straight angle is 180 degrees, we see that angle PRS = 180 - 60 = 120 degrees.
