Using percentage Increase formula
% Increase = \(\frac{(Final Value - Original Value) }{Original Value} * 100 %\)
Final Value = 14 + 56 = 70
Initial Value = 56
% Increase = \(\frac{(70 - 56) }{56} * 100 %\)
= \(\frac{14 }{56} * 100 %\) = 25%
So, Answer is D.
