He drank 10% from whole juice before lunch. So 10% of 16 ounce is 1.6 ounce.
Deducting from 16 we get 14.4 ounce.
Then after lunch he drank 20% of remaining juice which is 2.88 ounce and deducting 2.88 from 14.4 we get 11.52 ounce. Approx 11.5 so D is OA

\(16*\frac{90}{100}*\frac{80}{100} = 11.52\), Thus Answer must be (D) 11.5
