Lets write the function as f(a,b,c,d) = ac - bd

x = f(5,4,2,1)

To find f(5,4,2,1) we will replace a with 5, b with 4, c with 2 and d with 1 in f(a,b,c,d) = ac - bd

=> x = f(5,4,2,1) = 5*2 - 4*1 = 10 - 4 = 6

Similarly, f(x,10,2,1) = f(6,10,2,1) = 6*2 - 10*1 = 12 - 10 = 2

So, Answer will be B
Hope it helps!
