Total - Neither= A+B+C-(exactly 2)-2(all 3)
65 + 60 + 55 = 180, Hence 180 – 80 = 100.
100 is the total of exactly 2 regions and all 3 region
Assume a random value for all three category say 40, then total of '2 regions' is 20
we can further decrease the value of all the three area. Consider it to be 20. Then 'Excatly 2 region'=60
No value less than 20 can satisfy the conditions of the question.
The question is "what can be the minimum number of persons who knows to operate all the three machines?"

The answer is "20".
Choice B is the correct answer.
