Successive percentage rate = a+b+ab/100
A = 10% (in 2013) & B = 15% (in 2014)
=> 10+15+10*15/100
=> 25+1.5 => 26.5%
The successive percentage change in 21,000 over two years
=> 21,000*126.5/100
=> 26565
Which is nearest value to 26500.
Answer should be E
