Perimeter of square = 8
Let "a" be the side of square
4*a = 8
a = 2
Diagonal of square = sqrt [ 2^2 + 2^2 ] = 2*sqrt(2)
Radius of circle ,r = sqrt(2)
Area = 3.14*[sqrt(2)]^2 = 3.14* 2

Explanation:
Side of square=8/4=2
Diagonal of square i.e. Dia of Circle = √2^2+2^2=2√2
therefore, r=√2.

Area = πr^2= 2π
