In quadrilateral,
90 + 90 + 150 + CDE = 360
=> CDE = 360 - 330 = 30
CDE = CED = 30(Angles opposite to equal sides are equal)
Hence, OA is (D)

If we draw a perpendicular from B (say F) we get a square and a triangle BFD( 30 60 90)
Triangle CED is isoceles tri.
Angle BDE is 30 which is equal to CED.(Angle D is equal to angle E)
So CED is 30.
