In triangle DEF,
Angle DFE + Angle DEF = 105° (exterior angle)
Also, angle DFE = 180-168 (supplement angle) and (opposite angles) = 12°
So.
Angle DFE + Angle DEF = 105°
12 + Angle DEF = 105
Angle DEF = 93°
Also Line AE is a transversal on parallel lines l and m
Angle DEF = Angle CAL = 93
Angle CAB = 180-93 = 87
In triangle ABC
Angle CAB + Angle CBA (opposite angle to 35°) = Angle X (exterior angle)
87 + 35 = X
X = 122.

We can create a hexagon by closing the parallel lines. The sum of inner angles in a hexagon is 360 + 180 + 180, we can remove 180 from the two angles we created then subtract the rest of the angles. 540 - 145 - 105 - 168 = 540 - 418 = 122.
