60-15 = 23+15+20-7-5-4+x

Total - neither = Hockey + Basketball + Cricket - (Hockey and Basketball) -(Cricket and Basketball) - (Hockey and Cricket) + All three.

=> 60 - 15 = 23 + 15 + 20 - 7 - 5 - 4 + All three.

=> All Three: 3

Option I: 4 play Hockey, Basketball, and Cricket - FALSE

Option II: 20 play Hockey but not Cricket- FALSE

Option III: 1 plays Hockey and Cricket but not Basketball - Hockey and Cricket - All three: 4 - 3 = 1- TRUE

Since we do not know the value of the number of people who play all 3 games, let the value = x

Refer to the diagram below.

Total = Only H + Only B + Only C + Only H and B + Only H and C + Only B and C + All 3 + neither 3

60 = (12 + x) + (3 + x) + (11 + x) + (7 - x) + (4 - x) + (5 - x) + x + 15

60 = 57 + 4x - 3x

x = 3

I Is False as this value is 3

II Is False as those who Play Hockey but not Cricket = (12 + x) + (7 - x) = 19

III Is True, as those who play Hockey and Cricket, but not Basket Ball = 4 - x = 4 - 3 = 1
