Practice your algebra. This took me 7 minutes b/c of basic mistakes.
A/B = 3/5 ---> B = 5A /3
B/C = 3/5 ---> C = 5B/3
A + B + C = 147
A + 5A/3 + 5B/3 = 147
A + 5A/3 + 5(5A/3)/3 = 147
(9A + 15A + 25A)/9 = 147
A = 27
B = 45
Answer is C.
